Back to it!

So it has been a while since I posted on here, but thought I would give it a go as just saw Si's email.

As you all know I have been out of action for a while but really getting back to work on the fitness now. I recently ran a 10k with Si and have played 4 games of tennis in the past week with Josh. We are also doing some hill running every morning along with the 20 - 30 mile cycles I have been doing as well.

I want to set myself a target of running 100k in the next 5 weeks so that Spartan isn't too painful.

I will let you know how this goes. Please do get on my back if I am not doing it!
